Selling

Don't wait until your estate agent has found you a buyer: Instruct us now! We will then:

  1. Confirm our charges in writing
  2. Obtain title deeds and prepare the contract
  3. Arrange for you to complete the seller's property information form
    and the fixtures and fittings form and if your property is leasehold the leasehold information form
  4. Show all relevant consents, guarantees, and receipts.
  5. If you are selling a flat we will arrange to assemble a detailed seller pack

So that when a buyer is found we will have all the relevant documentation in place and your sale can proceed to an early exchange of contracts and completion.
