Public Funding

When you contact us we will carry out an online assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to public funding (legal aid). Even if you are eligible for public funding you may have to pay your costs at the end of the day if you are recovering money or property. Public funding is to be treated as a loan not a gift.

Private Funding

If you are not eligible for public funding we will advise you of our charges, provide you with an estimate of total costs and agree a method of payment to suit you.
