Injunctions

We specialise in making urgent application to the Court for injunctions.

If you are being assaulted, threatened or mentally abused by your partner or ex-partner or fear for your safety we can:-

Make an emergency application for a Non-Molestation Injunction and in serious cases, with a Power of Arrest
Liaise with the police
Put you in contact with refuges
Apply for an Occupation Order to have your partner evicted from the family home and ordered not to return
Advise on divorce if married
Advise on contact between the children and their father/mother

Domestic violence can have a serious impact on whether a violent partner with have contact with their children.
